رسوم واضحة، عنوان واضح، وخطوات بسيطة حتى تصل وجبات اشتراكك في الوقت المناسب.

رسوم التوصيل ثابتة: 50 درهماً لكل اشتراك كامل، سواء اخترت جدول 20 أو 24 أو 30 يوماً. لا تُحسب 50 درهماً لكل يوم.

رسوم التوصيل

50 د.إ للاشتراك الكامل

تضاف رسوم توصيل واحدة قدرها 50 درهماً إلى إجمالي الاشتراك وتظهر قبل الدفع. لا تتغير الرسوم بزيادة عدد أيام الجدول بين 20 و24 و30 يوماً.

الجدول والوجبات

يُنفّذ الاشتراك وفق باقتك والجدول الذي تختاره عند الطلب. يحدد المطعم الوجبات المناسبة للباقة ويجهزها للتوصيل؛ لا يلزمك اختيار وجبات فردية داخل الموقع.

نخدم عناوين داخل أبوظبي والعين. اكتب المدينة والعنوان بدقة حتى يتمكن الفريق من ترتيب التوصيل.

موعد أول توصيل

بعد تأكيد الدفع لدينا، إذا تم التأكيد قبل الساعة 5:00 مساءً بتوقيت الإمارات (Asia/Dubai)، يكون أول توصيل في اليوم التقويمي التالي. إذا تم التأكيد في الساعة 5:00 مساءً أو بعدها، يضاف يوم تقويمي واحد إلى الموعد المعروض عند الطلب.

في برنامج 5 أيام أسبوعياً، لا توجد توصيلات يومي الجمعة والسبت؛ لذلك قد يظهر يوم الأحد كتاريخ أول توصيل. يظهر التاريخ النهائي المتاح عند الطلب، وينطبق فقط داخل منطقة خدمتنا الحالية.

العنوان والتواصل

اكتب العنوان وتعليمات الوصول ورقم الهاتف بدقة. نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتجهيز ملف التوصيل والتواصل عند الحاجة.

إذا تغيّر عنوانك أو رقمك، تواصل معنا فوراً عبر WhatsApp +971 50 807 2040. التغيير غير مضمون إذا بدأ التحضير أو أصبح التوصيل قريباً.

الاستلام والتعذر

يرجى أن يكون هناك شخص متاح للاستلام في الموقع المتفق عليه. عند التعذر أو عدم الرد، يسجل فريق التوصيل الحالة ويحاول التواصل حسب الظروف المتاحة.

لا يعني ذلك إسقاط حقوقك النظامية؛ وإذا وقع إخفاق جوهري في التوصيل من جانبنا، نراجع الحالة ونعالجها بما يتفق مع القانون والوقائع.

سلامة الطعام

للحفاظ على سلامة الطعام، تُعامل الوجبات الطازجة كمستلمة عند تسليمها إليك أو إلى مستلم مفوض منك. إذا طلبت صراحةً تركها عند الباب دون استلام مباشر، نسجل ذلك كتعليمات توصيل. أخبرنا فوراً عن أي مشكلة حقيقية مرتبطة بالتسليم أو حالة الوجبة حتى نستطيع التحقق منها.

ما لا تغطيه الرسوم

رسوم التوصيل تغطي ترتيب التوصيل الاعتيادي للاشتراك فقط. أي طلب أو تغيير استثنائي يتطلب موافقة صريحة وسعراً واضحاً مسبقاً؛ لن نفرض رسوماً إضافية غير معلنة.

منطقة الخدمة والجهة المسؤولة

منطقة الخدمة الحالية: أبوظبي والعين. رسوم التوصيل الثابتة هي 50 درهماً لكل اشتراك كامل، وتظهر قبل الدفع.

Delivery fee

AED 50 per full subscription

One AED 50 delivery fee is added to the subscription total and shown before payment. It does not change when the schedule increases between 20, 24, and 30 days.

Schedule and meals

Your subscription is performed under the plan and schedule selected at checkout. The restaurant selects and prepares meals appropriate to the plan; you do not need to choose individual meals on the website.

We serve addresses in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Please provide your city and address accurately so the team can arrange delivery.

First delivery timing

After we confirm payment, confirmations before 5:00 PM Asia/Dubai have their first delivery on the next calendar day. A confirmation at or after 5:00 PM adds one calendar day to the date shown when ordering.

For the 5-day-per-week programme, deliveries do not run on Friday or Saturday, so the first available date may be Sunday. The final available date is shown when ordering and applies only within our current service area.

Address and contact

Please provide an accurate address, access instructions, and phone number. We use these details to prepare the delivery file and contact you when needed.

If your address or number changes, contact us immediately on WhatsApp +971 50 807 2040. A change cannot be guaranteed if preparation has started or delivery is near.

Receipt and failed hand-off

Please ensure someone can receive the delivery at the agreed location. If delivery cannot be completed or there is no response, the delivery team records the status and attempts contact as circumstances allow.

This does not remove statutory rights. If there is a material delivery failure on our side, we will assess the situation and provide an appropriate remedy under the facts and applicable law.

Food safety

For food safety, fresh meals are treated as received when handed to you or an authorised recipient. If you expressly ask us to leave them at the door without a hand-off, we record that as your delivery instruction. Tell us promptly about any genuine issue with delivery or meal condition so we can investigate.

What the fee does not cover

The delivery fee covers ordinary subscription delivery only. Any exceptional request or change requires express agreement and a clear price in advance; no undisclosed extra fee will be charged.

Service area and responsible business

Current service area: Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The flat AED 50 delivery fee applies once per full subscription and is shown before payment.
